Sangeeta is M.Phil -Physics and M.Sc (Physics) from Jiwaji University ( M.P), professionally a certified Insurance professional (IRDA) and also certified in Mutual Funds Distribution (NISM).

She brings over 10 years of cross-functional and cross location experience from insurance industry, general administration and academics.

Sangeeta is currently responsible for providing overall leadership to HR and Administration function’s development, investment products sales & back-office processes planning and implementation.

Sangeeta strongly believes that the people management function is a key strategic link in any business to add tremendous value through leveraging human capital. Her diverse experience and proven capabilities in administration, teaching, nurturing and engaging with people in a very dynamic environment will surely create an enabling culture for the business to grow.

She enjoys being with kids, family and friends in her spare time.
